We run to help

Run and help!

We’re helping children

As part of the 2nd stage of the virtual AUTOMATION RUN – “ENGINE RUN”, the entire registration fee provided support for the mission of the SOS Children’s Villages Association for children and youth in Poland.

The SOS Children’s Villages Association in Poland has been helping children without parental care and those from families in difficult life situations for over 36 years. Currently, it cares for 1505 needy children. It is part of the international organization SOS Children’s Villages, present in 136 countries worldwide. The association operates four SOS Children’s Villages, where abandoned and orphaned children find a caring home and support. Alongside foster care, preventive actions are also developed as part of the “SOS Family” Program, aimed at protecting children from losing care and providing them with comprehensive support.

The ENGINE RUN took place from June 19 to June 27, 2021. During these days, registered participants were tasked with covering a distance of 5 or 10 km. A virtual run meant that each participant could cover the distance at any place and time. The run or Nordic Walking march had to be registered individually using an application, and then the result had to be shared with the organizer.

Our employee “Automatyk” completed the run over a distance of over 6 km. We are pleased that it is possible to help in this way and simultaneously positively encourage others to spend their time actively.
