AUTOMATION ENGINEER

Cegelec Sp. z o.o., operating under the ACTEMIUM brand within the VINCI Group, is looking for an experienced:

PLC/SCADA Automation Engineer
(workplace: Katowice)

 

Responsibilities:

  • participating in automation projects in Poland and abroad,
  • designing SCADA and HMI systems,
  • programming PLC controllers,
  • commissioning and start-up of automation systems at the client’s site,
  • optimizing production processes.

Requirements:

  • proficiency in the Polish language at level B2,
  • higher education in Automation/Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics,
  • experience in industrial automation projects,
  • experience in designing SCADA systems (knowledge of Wonderware InTouch, Simatic WinCC, or Ascom Asix is a plus),
  • proficiency in PLC programming (TIA Portal),
  • familiarity with Eplan P8 is a plus,
  • communicative knowledge of the English language,
  • category B driver’s license.
